CQ supports the ability for you to recover your account when you forget your password. You can simply select the forgot password? option on the Login window and you will receive a password reset email. The steps to do this are below.
1. Select the forgot password? option.
2. A confirmation dialog will appear confirming the sent email.
3. You will receive a Reset Your Password email in your inbox.
4. Clicking on the Reset Password button within the email will automatically direct you to the Reset Password web page where you can set up a new password for your account.
5. Once you have submitted your password, you can log into CQ using your new password.
